「新世紀エヴァンゲリオン」などで知られるアニメ制作会社「ガイナックス」が、 93年に凍結したアニメ「蒼きウル」の製作を再開することが21日、分かった。 劇場版アニメとして世界同時公開を予定しており。公開時期などの詳細は今後、発表される。 「蒼きウル」は、「新世紀エヴァンゲリオン」の制作を開始する以前の90年代前半に企画が立ち上がったが、93年に凍結。 同社の劇場版アニメ「王立宇宙軍?オネアミスの翼」の後の世界が描かれるという。 山賀博之さんが監督、脚本を担当し、「新世紀エヴァンゲリオン」などの貞本義行さんがキャラクターデザインを手がける。 同日、東京ビッグサイト（東京都江東区）で開催中のアニメ関連企業の共同イベント 「東京国際アニメフェア2013」（同実行委主催）では同作のイメージポスターが公開された。（毎日新聞デジタル）
